Key Responsibilities:
- SAP Expertise: Configure and support SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), SAP Ariba S2P (Source to Pay), and EHSS modules, along with integrated third-party applications.
- Solution Design: Perform gap analyses, design optimal solutions, and implement ERP and other integrated application solutions, understanding and analyzing business processes and workflows.
- System Support: Act as the primary contact for system-related issues and future functionality needs within assigned modules.
- Collaboration: Work closely with solution providers, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage development, deployment, and training.
- Project Leadership: Lead and participate in technical projects, ensuring the application of best practices and adherence to project management methodologies.
- Training & Documentation: Create job aids, quick reference guides, and training materials, and conduct training sessions to ensure effective change management.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Lead technical projects with a solid understanding of project management methodologies.
- Adhere to change management protocols, coding standards, and other internal IT controls.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 6 years of experience in configuring and supporting SAP Plant Maintenance and SAP Materials Management modules.
- A minimum of 4 years in integrating complex systems, with a focus on SAP data analysis and migration methods.
- At least 2 years of experience in resolving functional, technical, and integration issues related to SAP Ariba S2C and P2P modules integrated with SAP ERP.
- Familiarity with manufacturing applications such as MCi Track, GED APM (Meridium), Prometheus, Maxavera, and Kardex.
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications, including development, testing, and functional support.
- In-depth experience across all phases of SAP and non-SAP systems implementation, including analysis/design, blueprinting, configuration, development, documentation, testing, training, and support.
- Knowledge of IT support tools like Control-M, Remedy, SAP Charm, JIRA, and RPA tools such as Worksoft.
- Proven track record of leading complex IT projects and managing cross-functional and multi-cultural teams.
