NextLot, a Raleigh, NC – based, Inc. 500 company, provides a disruptive technology platform for online auctions. The fast growing company is seeking a responsible and motivated self-starter who is passionate about traveling to see new places, maintaining client relationships, providing superior customer service, and joining a vibrant team of professionals. In short, Account Associates are instrumental in helping clients successfully run online auctions across North America.

This is a full-time remote position requiring regular travel. The candidate must be based in North Carolina.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primary responsibility is to independently travel and implement NextLot’s software at live auctions across North America. Set your own work schedule while on-site and prioritize work responsibilities in your discretion to deliver the best solution for successful auctions.
  • Consult with customers while on-site at auctions and execute your independent judgment to customize NextLot’s software solution and services to their needs.
  • Independently devise account strategies to build and grow relationships with clients to help them run more successful online auctions and upsell additional services.
  • Determine the best client solutions based on your toolkit of system and industry knowledge and what has been successful for other customers.
  • Take ownership and ensure the successful operation of clients’ online auction functions, which are a core component of their general business operations.
  • Implement NextLot’s industry-changing technology based on specific client needs in order to successfully facilitate tens of millions of dollars in auction transactions annually.
  • Actively be a part of NextLot’s vibrant internet culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree
  • Willingness to travel independently 12-16 days out of the month
  • Some weekend work is required
  • When you are NOT traveling, you aren’t usually expected to perform work on behalf of the company. People in this role typically get 10-15 days off per month, many of which are during the week.
